Environmental initiatives

Over the years, we have introduced over 100 different initiatives in favour of the environment. This has resulted in our achieving one of the most comprehensive Environmental Management Systems (EMS) available anywhere.

In 1999 was awarded Millennium Product status by the Design Council. Our EMS includes:

	- No harmful isopropyl alcohol (IPA) used in the printing process
	Vegetable based inks
	Very low CO₂ emissions of 1.4 tonnes per million sheets
	Excellent recycling rates for wet and dry waste
	No film or film processing chemicals used
	All electricity is generated from renewable sources
	We hold Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) chain of Custody
	Plus many more innovative environmentally sound processes

Holding the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) chain of Custody means you can opt for your printed product to display the FSC logo. This shows it's the ultimate piece in an audit trail which sources paper and wood products quite literally back to their roots.
